By using yapmaxxer — the Chrome extension, the web studio, or the yapmaxxer.wtf site — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
yapmaxxer drafts replies to posts on X (Twitter) and Threads using AI, in a voice learned from samples you provide. Features include one-click reply drafting, an optional autopilot mode that browses and replies on your behalf, and a studio dashboard with analytics.
Your account
- You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by X/Threads in your jurisdiction).
- One account per person. Don't share your connect key.
Plans & billing
- Free — up to 3 AI-drafted replies per day.
- Unlimited — a paid monthly subscription (currently $9/month) with no daily reply cap.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal link in your receipt email or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
- We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
Acceptable use
- You are responsible for every reply that goes out under your account — review drafts before sending, and configure autopilot responsibly.
- No spam, harassment, hate speech, scams, or deception. Don't use the service to artificially inflate engagement at scale or to violate X's or Threads' platform rules.
- Autopilot operates inside your own logged-in session. Automated interaction may conflict with X or Threads' terms — you use it at your own risk, including any action those platforms take against your account. We recommend pacing settings that look human.
- Don't abuse the service — no reselling access, no attempting to bypass plan limits, no scraping our backend.
AI-generated content
Replies are generated by AI models. They may be inaccurate, off-tone, or occasionally wrong for the context. The service provides drafts — judgment about what gets posted is yours.
Availability & changes
We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uptime. Features may change or be discontinued; if a paid feature is removed materially we'll make it right (pro-rated refund or equivalent).
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, yapmaxxer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including account actions by third-party platforms, lost followers, or lost revenue — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and request account deletion anytime.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page when terms change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
